The BingoPLS name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BingoPLS. You may not use any BingoPLS trademark without our prior written permission.
BingoPLS collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at bingopls.com/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
BingoPLS will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, processing payments, and complying with legal obligations, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BingoPLS, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
BingoPLS's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your BingoPLS account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
BingoPLS does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
BingoPLS reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting BingoPLS customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
BingoPLS operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.
